FAQs

Why Can't I Order Nail Polish or Perfume if I'm Outside the UK? - Due to international laws and regulations on what can sent via air, nail polish and perfume can no longer be shipped internationally.  Some companies, such as Borderlinx, will allow you to have the items shipped through their post network at an additional price.


I would like my item sent discreetly, can this be done?  Yes; there is a notes section on the checkout form - there you can write any postage needs or requirements, such as if the item is a gift - envelopes are sent free of logos etc. but if you mention the item being a gift, invoices etc. will not be included.

Returns Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Many of our items are in the beauty category - as a matter of hygiene these cannot be returned.  Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, or flammable liquids.

To complete your return, please contact us with your name and order number - we should have details of your order on-line - and we will guide you through the process.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
In the case of accidental orders etc. we will not refund postage costs if the item has already been dispatched.  
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you are being refunded, we will process it and the same time we send you the refund notification; please bare in mind banks can take a few days to have these transactions processed.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund transaction is completed.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact us form.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items can only be replaced items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send use the contact form in the menu and we we get back to you.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Theres is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item so tracking is always best.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice. If you are from a country outside the UK or Northern Ireland and order perfume, nail polish or other items that state the item cannot be posted internationally, then your order will be cancelled - please do not order unless posting to a mail forwarder who can ship the item to you - the address must be within the UK.
